There’s nothing quite like the unmistakable aroma of spicy, sweet black licorice. Star Anise boasts just such an aroma. And like so many of its spice essential oil relatives, Star Anise is a go-to for stomach and digestion issues. Illicium Verum (Anise) Fruit/Seed Oil
Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 1.75% in a carrier.
