Dilution instructions:

When using topically, we recommend a dilution of 2-5%.

Diffusion instructions:

Diffuse at home to enjoy a spicy aroma that is both stimulating and uplifting. It is great to help assist with the occasional case of a low mood and can be used alone or in a blend to enhance romantic desire.

Where Cardamom is used on the body:

To help minimize discomfort from inflammation, add 5 drops of Cardamom, 5 drops of Frankincense Serrata, 5 drops of Chamomile German CO2, and 3 drops of Marjoram Sweet to one ounce of your favorite carrier oil. Apply this blend to the areas of concern to help feel more comfortable.

Tummy Troubles Inhaler Blend

When we’re overcome with an uncomfortable stomach, possibly from being on a boat or in a car for too long, Cardamom works wonderfully in a personal aromatherapy inhaler. Add 7 drops of Cardamom, 5 drops of Ginger Root CO2, and 3 drops of Peppermint to your inhaler and use as needed for the occasional digestive upset.
