Shipping Policy

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • Kingdom of Bahrain Shipping: 2 BHD charged per order, Free on orders over 100BHD. Delivery within 1-5 business days.
  • GCC Shipping: The estimated shipping time is 2-5 business days. To see our very affordable shipping rates, add your items to your shopping cart, enter your shipping address, and proceed to shipping. 

·        Payments confirmation will be sent to customer via Email, or Whatsapp message

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns only for items that are damaged upon arrival.
  • All returns must be pre-approved. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Return Process:

  1. Inspection: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully.
  2. Report Damage: If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photographic evidence.
  3. Approval: Our Customer Service team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the damaged item.

Return Shipping:

You are required to pay for shipping the product back to us. We will need to be notified within 10 days of the delivery date regarding any defectives/broken products. When returning the product please list your name, email address, and order number in the return. 

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Refund methods listed below:

1.       refund to your payment method

2.       refund in store credit

3.       replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that are not damaged or are returned without our prior approval will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this time, orders cannot be canceled as they will have already entered the processing stage.

How to Cancel Your Order:

  • To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at info@369essentials.com  or call us at +97338181333 . Include your order number and reason for cancellation in your request.

Refunds for Canceled Orders:

  • If your cancellation request is received within the specified time frame, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

Orders in Processing:

  • If your order has already entered the processing stage or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policyfor information on returning damaged items.
