e know the end of the year can be stressful and emotionally taxing for many individuals. Work, social commitments, parties, family reunions, gift shopping, cooking – you name it! There’s a lot of fun (and stress) in the last three months of the year. That’s why we’re trying to build healthy self-care habits now rather than later! This month, please join us for our Plant Therapy 31-Day Self-Love Challenge.
