This body powder is made with arrowroot powder and cornstarch. Both ingredients help absorb moisture and reduce the daily friction that causes rashes, chafing, and irritation.

If you want to feel a little fresher any time of the day, a simple pinch of this powder is a great way to touch up and reduce shine from excess moisture. Plus, it will leave you wonderfully scented with the amazing combination of Bergamot and Patchouli.

Bergamot Body Powder

What you’ll need:

  • ½ cup arrowroot powder
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 30 drops Bergamot
  • 5 drops Patchouli

What you’ll do:

Mix together the arrowroot powder, cornstarch, and baking powder. Next, add in the Bergamot, whisking after every few drops. Continue to do this when adding Patchouli. Store in an airtight container and use as needed.

There are lots of great ways to put this body powder to work! Not only can you use it directly on your skin to help with moisture, but it can add a little freshness to all kinds of smelly things in your life. Think gym bags, laundry baskets, bedding, and shoes. Really, you can sprinkle it on anything that needs a little odor control! So easy to make, and even easier to use!

Please note: Plant Therapy’s Bergamot Essential Oil is Bergapten free, which means it is not phototoxic and safe to use in the sun.
