High in 1,8 Cineole, a constituent known for its respiratory support benefits, this essential oil has an unexpectedly fresh, woody, and herbaceous aroma. Use Rosemary to help give your mind a boost when you need to focus, stay alert or get the most from your memory retention. Rosemary is also reputed to help with hair growth, as well as promote a healthy scalp. When you've overworked your muscles, dilute in your favorite carrier oil and use topically for its soothing, warming benefits.
Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf/Stem Oil
Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to 2-4% in a carrier.
